Paula Horne’s passion for spicy food can be traced back to traveling and living in Asia where it was easy to dine at a different restaurant each day and never eat at the same place twice. However, after spending time at one particular restaurant, Paula became well known to the staff. Driven by the delicious taste of a condiment in that restaurant, she was given the recipe and after much trial and error with the ingredients, River City Flame was born. She takes pride in providing the best tasting hot sauce and rubs possible.
