Nancy is influenced by kolams and kaleidoscopes and inspired by the lotus and its symbolism. Using a technique known as sgraffito, she carves the designs through the painted underglaze revealing the dark clay body underneath. Interiors are glazed for functionality. All materials are lead-free.
